This interview tells the story of Juana, a Puerto Rican mother whose three sons join the U.S. Army. During this interview she talks about when one of his sons was wounded by a sniper in Iraq, and how she coped with this situation. She mentioned that the father of that son was a high-ranking official in the U.S. Army, and how he and another military official helped her to find out how her son was doing in the hospital. She remembers the steps she took in order to see and talk to her son. She emphasizes how brave and patriotic her son was during that time and how she managed to stay positive and overcome those difficult moments. The interview is also about her other two sons in active duty in Korea and Afghanistan. Finally, this interview is about family values and emotions, marriage, trust, friendship, betrayal, anger, and death.
