Interviews with Tangela Carter and Katrena Cooper deal with the concerns they had as residents of Scott Carver Housing about the well-being of themselves and their families; about the quality of life in the project; about the security of the area all compared to the new place built for them. The interviews also concern the amount and quality of information given them by authorities and representatives of the new project and the economic difficulties they had when they moved to other places to live.
