Interview with Queen, mother of a soldier, Part 1 of 2

This interview tells the story of Queen, whose son joined the U.S. Army after attending college for 2 years. During this interview Queen talks about the time when her son was stationed in Alaska and when he was deployed for 18 months somewhere else. At that time her son's wife was pregnant with their first child but he was not home when the child was born. Queen also discusses her good relationship with her son and her daughter in-law and the good communication they have. She talks about her son with pride and happiness, and she wants to be positive and to remember the good times. Finally, this interview emphasizes family values, trust, love, and emotions, and how much Queen prays and has put her son's life in the hands of God since fear is always present.
